We do not want to create an ideal image of ourselves. We are people with advantages and disadvantages, and we accept that. We can and want to work on things that should be changed, but we are not lying about ourselves.

We want to be proud of what, how, and with whom we are doing. This means there is no room to make wrong values or deliver low-quality products/services. We continuously engage 100% of our current possibilities and knowledge to do what we can.

Safety

When people feel safe, their real potential can be revealed. Feeling secure is a fundamental feeling. If someone feels insecure, they are in survival mode, and their mind and body will not allow for deeper access. Then, everything is more challenging. It is not easy to learn things when you are focusing on surviving.

Honesty

It is a natural consequence of authenticity. Without honesty, there is no authenticity and cohesion.

Non-judgmental

We live in a world where most people judge each other and everything around us. There are tons of hateful comments on the internet. Due to this, many great people cannot ask questions because they feel stupid or cannot start doing blogs or podcasts because they think they will say something silly. TitansForge is a space where you can feel safe and no one will judge you.

Extreme Ownership

It is all about taking responsibility and leading people. We are doing our best to deliver the best possible quality, but we also take responsibility, as each decision has consequences.

Constant education

Humans as independent identities are not finished projects. Or this project will be completed when someone dies. We believe that each day, each experience, and meeting each person is a priceless occasion to grow. We learn new things daily to provide better service, build better products, and be better people.

Real deep relations

Building relationships is a skill that disappears due to many reasons: technological changes, social media, remote work, and social changes. We must build natural relations between all of us—customers, people engaged in the project, literally everybody. We do not want to be hidden behind companies’ names, avatars, and nicks. Business means relations. Relations are crucial for our well-being.

It is also related to authenticity, honesty, and non-judgmental. It is not possible to build natural deep relations if we are not authentic and honest and when we are judging people.

Fun & Happiness

When they are happy, people deliver better quality, more creative ideas, and less time—than when they are not. Being so serious all the time kills fun and happiness. Then, it is easier to compensate for this stress in other ways, which can be harmful for everybody. One of our aims is to have lots of fun because of what we are doing. Because - everybody dies. It is better to die happy than with remorse.
